Nicole Gotfredson CVT
Nicole is a Certified Veterinary Technician. She grew up on a ranch in Idaho and has loved and cared for many animals since she was a little girl. She graduated from The College of Southern Idaho with a degree in Veterinary Technology in 2006. She worked as an assistant all the way through high school and on into college before becoming certified and moving to Gillette. She loves working as part of a team to help people with their pets, assisting in surgery, performing dentals, and the new challenge that each and every day brings with our furry pets.
Angela was born in Idaho and spent most of her childhood there. She grew up with a passion for animals especially horses. After graduating high school, she went to work as a veterinary assistant in Oregon and Idaho. She moved to Gillette in 2009 and married Tim Pridgeon in 2012. They share their home with 2 toy Australian shepherds Dally and Bailey and 2 horses Harley and Monroe.
Ashley was born and raised in North Dakota. Growing up, Ashley had a love of all living creatures, from the cats and dogs her family had as pets, to the snakes and rats the school had in the science department of her school. In 2007 she moved with Josh, her then-boyfriend, to Gillette. They were married in 2009. Recently she has been working on improving her photography skills and has even entered a few competitions. In her spare time, she enjoys fishing, four wheeling, camping, shooting, and hunting with her husband. They share their home with their two dogs; Joey, a 7-year-old beagle, and Porter, a 4-year-old chocolate lab.
Cassie, a Wyoming native, originally grew up in Sheridan Wyoming. Her love of animals, large and small, developed at a very early age. Her uncle John Wilson owned and operated a mixed animal practice, where Cassie cultivated her ambition to work in the veterinary field. While growing up, Cassie was always very active in her community through her participation in the local FFA chapter and Rodeo teams. She graduated from Casper College with an Associate’s degree in Animal Science and Pre-Veterinary Studies. While attending Casper College, Cassie was an integral member of the Livestock Judging team, which placed nationally at a collegiate level. She currently is a veterinary assistant and enjoys every aspect of working with small animals and has a special interest in being a surgical technician. Cassie shares her home with her fiancé Tyler on the local family ranch, where on her days away from the clinic assists with everyday livestock needs. Cassie’s fur babies that await her at home include Baxter, Poncho, Willis and Turd Ferguson.
Jessica Hart, LVT – Practice Manager
Jessica is a Licensed Veterinary Technician that has always been passionate about helping animals. She grew up on a ranch in Nebraska and has been working in the veterinary field for 13 years. She graduated from Eastern Wyoming College in 2012 with an AAS degree in Veterinary Technology. She joined our team in September of 2015 when she moved to Gillette. Jessica, her husband Travis, and daughter Shea have several fur babies at home and enjoy participating in 4-H, riding horses, and spending time with their animals. She enjoys working with both large and small animals, emergency medicine, critical care, surgery, and orthopedics. She truly enjoys not only helping your pet but helping you to understand what is going on with your pet.
Kassi was born in Gillette, WY but raised in South Dakota. She grew up on a ranch in the Black Hills where they raised bucking horses and cattle. Rodeo was also a large part of her life, so her love of animals started at a young age. Kassi started her college career at Black Hill State University, where she majored in Mass Communications. She then took time off of school to join the Military. After serving, she continued her educational journey to Wyoming where she studied Graphic Design and Photography. Aside from art, Kassi has always enjoyed playing guitar and writing music. Her musical passion led her to Nashville, TN where she spent time working as a makeup artist, songwriting, and playing music.In her spare time, you will still find her playing music, riding horses, and spending time with friends and family. She has one fur baby named Woodrow, whom she loves cuddling with when he allows. Kassi is currently a veterinary technician who always has a smile on her face and can be heard singing throughout the halls. She enjoys that fact that each day brings new challenges and the opportunity to work with animals of all sizes. Kassi’s favorite part about her job is: working as a team, educating clients, and caring for the animals they love.
Kelsie was born and raised in Dayton, WY. She grew up on a ranch and has always had a deeply ingrained love/respect for animals.Kelsie started her college career at Gillette Community College, where she ran track and cross country for two years and graduated with an Associate’s degree in Sciences. She continued her educational journey at Black Hills State University and graduated with a Business degree. While at Black Hills Kelsie pursued her passion of horses at the Equine Center by training and educating students about equine husbandry. She coached 4-H students and provided lessons in English and Western riding. She ended her college career at the University of Wyoming, with a Bachelor’s degree in Animal & Veterinary Sciences.Kelsie has three furry children; Shiann, Gus Gus and her newest addition Kiara. In her spare time, she loves to ride horses, hunting, fishing, camping and spending time with friends and family.Kelsie is currently a technician/veterinary assistant who always has a welcoming smile on her face. She loves challenges and working with a wide variety of species including livestock, exotics, and small animals. Kelsie’s favorite part about her job is: working as a team, educating clients, assisting in surgeries, performing dentals, and treating every patient as if it were her own.
Klacy was born and raised in Custer, SD. She went to National American University and graduated with an associate in applied sciences. After graduation, she met her husband, Cody, and they married in 2016. After living in Newcastle for 2 years, they both decided they wanted a change of scenery and moved to Gillette in fall of 2017. Klacy became a Registered Vet Tech in April of 2018.
Robin was born in Kansas and spent her childhood there but spent most of her adult life in Idaho working in the mining industry and raising two great kids, her daughter Nicole, and son, Derek. In June of 2015, she moved to Gillette with her faithful canine companion Weenie, to be closer to her 4 grandchildren Levi, Lexi Gray, and Elise. She is enjoying being a closer part of their childhood. She also has a grandson in Minnesota.
Wendy was born in California but was raised in Arvada, WY. She attended high school in Clearmont, WY and then joined the military right after graduation. She served a tour overseas and then was based in Hawaii for 3 1/2 years. Wendy has been a veterinary technician for 13 years and has worked for clinics in Wisconsin, Colorado, and Wyoming. She has never gotten certified but aspires to someday earn the title of Certified Vet Tech. She is married and has 3 children, along with many four-legged children.
Skylar was born and raised right here in Gillette, WY. She enjoys spending time with her family and cuddling up on the couch with her fur babies. While most of Skylar’s free time consists of studying and doing homework for her veterinary technology degree, she loves to go on road trips and be out in the country. Skylar has wanted to work with animals of all sizes since she was a little girl, and she’s glad to have the opportunity to do just that at Red Hills Veterinary Hospital!
Born in Boise, Idaho Kylnn traveled the world serving 20 plus years in the United States Air Force. Upon retirement she pursued her passion for animals, studying at Brown Mackie College to earn her associate's degree. After working 5 years in both emergency medicine and general practice she joins the Red Hills Veterinary Hospital family. Kylynn and her husband, Chris, now call Gillette home. Together they raised four children: three sons currently serving in the United States military and a daughter attending Nursing school. In her off time, she enjoys being a grandma, and spending time with family and her three German Shorthaired Pointers CJ, Ridge, and Huck.
